Remember
The Profit$
They
packed the Orpheum Theater in Madison and sold out Luther's
Blues on numerous occasions. They attracted throngs of fans
and were dubbed as the Midwest's top acoustic rock band. Public
reaction to the Profits was a phenom. They won Best Overall
Artist and Best Acoustic Artist in the Madison Area Music
Awards. It didn't hurt that the band members are handsome,
educated, intellectual, hilariously funny, warm, personable,
and interactive on stage.
See
what all the hubbub was about. Buy their farewell
CD now!
Profit$
debut CD is also available.

THE
STEVES offer up a tantalizing collection of fifteen
camp yet punchy, well-structured numbers that provide a wide
range of audio fun and excitement, entitled “NV.”
This
diverse collection pays homage to a smorgasbord of influential
classic rockers. A sonic buffet that mixes The Beatles
, Billy Idol & Bachman-Turner
Overdrive, seasoned with flavorings from The
Hollies, The Who, and ZZ
Top, marinated with spices from Derek &
the Dominoes, Steppenwolf, and Joe
Walsh; add a dash of Doo-Wop and
Dion, and serve with sides of Plastic
Ono Band, George Thoroughgood, and
Roy Orbison. The result is a tasty product
with something to please even the most finicky listener.
